•             The timelines displayed on the site are an approximate. We try to adhere to them to a very large extent. However, as these reports are individual and manually generated by our astrologers, some delays are possible. We will try on a best case to deliver as soon as possible. Delays will not be considered as biases for refunds.

•             We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. Celestethecenter.com will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you. However, if you e-mail us at info@celestethecenter.com within an hour of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.

•             Any delay in the activation of subscription services will be dealt with immediately and compensated on pro-rata biases.

•             No refunds will be issued on the return of damaged products. By ordering products on Celestethecenter.com, the customer takes full responsibility of any damage caused to the product, post its delivery. In case such an order was made via the ‘cash on delivery’ mode of payment, the customer will be charged the cost of the product, as displayed on Celestethecenter.com and the shipping/ customs/ courier charges or all three as applicable, if the product is returned.

•             The products and services offered by Celestethecenter.com are not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional or medical treatment. It is offered here as a service. Celestethecenter.com holds no responsibility or liability about the reality or reliability of the astrological effects on the human physiology, by the gems represented and sold on the website. On ordering the customer assumes full responsibility upon this matter. Thus, no refunds will be issued on this ground.

•             Any damage caused to the product while in transit, will be dealt with by Celestethecenter.com and its agencies.

•             While Celestethecenter.com tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are delivered to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may differ slightly from the original product. The customers are advised to exercise discretion in this matter. No refunds will be issued on this bias.

All phone calls for phone sessions are made by you and the charges for the same are borne by you. Please make sure your phone is in good coverage. If for any reason the phone call is dropped or disconnected, you will need to call back within 15 mins to continue and complete your reading. No refund on services offered on our site. Refunds are offered on products and e learning only.

•             All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth), local taxes, legal fees  if any, customs duty and / or any other charges that may have been borne by Celestethecenter.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.

 

RETURNS

 

 

 

The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.

 

In the event if User, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is dead on arrival, damaged and/or defective, User shall immediately intimate us. you can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. 

 

We will arrange pick up of the Product to be returned. Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the Product being returned.

 

At the time of pickup the User will be provided with acknowledgement of pick up by the Company’s Logistical Partner. User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.

 

Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

 

- Damages due to misuse of product

 

- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers 
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Any product that is returned without gifts, freebies, all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

 

 How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

 

 Notify us of the damaged or defective product withing 1 day of delivery.  

 

 Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.

 How do I cancel an order or an item?

 

 You can cancel your order before the order status says Preparation in progress. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

 

 All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of Product to User will be subject to deduction of 2% of the Product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of Product.

 

 Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

  How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

 

 Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
